The reason in the Steakhouse for 16 people at a time, if they had everyone come in at the same time they could not make and serve it at the same time, the kitchen is only so big in the Steakhouse, and some would get served later than others and other tables would have to wait for their orders, not fair to the other cruisers.

I had open seating and it did work great for us but, if 30 people show up to any resturant anywhere, hotel teatro denver at the same time, it will cause a back up. It s a good thing to plan ahead. Maybe you may just meet for Happy Hour together? or the Buffett together?
