Connected by skywalks to 2 grand casinos that occupied 6 city blocks, this hotel is comparable to the hotels in Vegas. It also features an hourly laser shown. After winning a few hundreds, we went back to our room. Then, we visited the health spa for massage and facial treatments. C. McCoy

When I called I let them know it was a special night. Everyone was excellent. Knowledgeable at the counter and greeted us for our anniversary. We had the jacuzzi room. The staff had us set up with champagne and a nice anniversary card. Definately a must do in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience. The Silver Legacy is beautiful.
Our experience with Silver Legacy was excellent. Your hotel staff are always pleasant to my entire family. Our room was clean and met our needs. Food at your buffet was great, this is why we always choose your hotel when we go to Reno 4 times a year. CONTAINUAL THE GREAT SERVICE. THANKS !
The logging on to the internet is difficult. The process was so slow that I thought there was a problem and called tech support, which was very helpful. However, the 5 Mbps service was not adequate to meet my needs. So, I will not be staying there. Will visit however, since we do enjoy the casino and restaurants.
I had made reservations. I had reserved a tower room which we were not given. We were startled by housekeeping knocking on our door at 7:30 a.m. even though we had a do not disturb sign on the outside. Again at 8:00 a.m. it happened again. Also, the shower in our room wouldn't come on unless you had the water at full force. We have stayed at Silver Legacy in the past and were pleased with it. I hope this was a one-time mishap.
It took a long time to check in and when we did our room was not clean. We came so our kids could swim but the pool was very small and very cold. However, the spa was excellent and the work out room was nice. It is not a place to take my kids again and that is why we choose to come.
The valets and bellhops were great. Knowledgeable and helpful. All of the rest of the staff were also very capable and very nice. The young lady in the buffet, very busy and a hard worker but still took the time to chat with us for a moment. I was impressed. All in all a pleasant getaway. We will definitely be back and recommend Silver Leg to anyone.
Our room was wonderful, very clean. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. I enjoyed the shops and restaurants. I enjoyed playing the poker machines at the bar. The bartenders were all very friendly. I want to stay at Silver Legacy next year during the BFI and rodeo.
Having stayed at your hotel before I was pleased to return again. This last stay I had a medical emergency and was most appreciative of the help & courtesy that your security people gave. I would not hesitate to refer your hotel to others. I shall return - in better health I hope.
I was apprehensive about staying at the Silver Legacy because of the report of bed bugs in the hotel. This was not the case at all. The room was extremely clean, great bed, and very quiet, even on a holiday weekend. I will definately return.
Nice room for the value, clean and the hotel was very nice. The nite club was also a nice experience as well as the resturants. Needs to have more security late at nite was alot of questionable teens hanging out.
The room was clean, the staff friendly. I was there with friends for a birthday and we had a wonderful time, even if we lost all our money. We ate at Sterlings for dinner on Saturday night & Buffet breakfast the next day and the food was excellent, and the servers prompt and helpful for first timers like me. I also enjoyed the live music Sunday morning. I plan on staying there in August with my husband for our 18th anniversary.
The bed was very hard! I ask for a pad to put on the bed to make it softer the staff said they would have housekeeping give us one...didn't happen!! No coffee pot in the room! Does it really cost that much to have coffee in the rooms for your guest??
The hotel was well staffed, clean and confortable. The ONLY thing that keeps me from grading my experience as A+ was the chintzy six dollar per day "resort" fee that I knew nothing about until I was checking in. A true got ya moment.
