Horrible service. My flight arrived at 9:15, received baggage by 9:25. Called 3 times and was not picked up until 10:20 p.m. I said I was traveling with a 4 year old. There were no seat belts either. Never will I use this service again. To top it off they slipped in an SUV charge on my jeep wrangler!!! Very upset!
GOOD EXPERIENCE, SERVICES RENDERED AS ADVERTISED!!!!Easy to book online but stated rate did not include a $10+ processing fee but they are still cheaper than other parking centers. I dropped off my car without a problem and even got upgraded to covered parking so the extra fee didn t bother me anymore. Their shuttle came within 15 minutes to take me to the airport and dropped me off at my terminal. I got back 11 days later and called them for a pick up, I waited 15-20 minutes and boom I was in my car driving back home 15 minutes later. I was completely satisfied with their service and customer service. I will definitely use them again. Thank you LAX Parking Center!
very poor customer service and no system at all in and out of the parking lot , i was made to park my car on the side and walk to the kiosk desk to pay while cars going in and out of the parking lot.......i find this unsafe to customers .
This lot gets two stars only because it s very cheap. But we actually missed our flight because they run shuttles sooo infrequently. The shuttles are also very small and crowded and don t have working seatbelts.

I could have walked to the garage faster then they picked me up. i called a total of 4 times and waited over a hour while multiple other shuttles passed not 1 shuttle from this service drove by pay the extra dollar and use a real service. i am all for saving a couple dollars but being told 15 mins when you call to be picked up and waiting over a hour is unacceptable I even had to call two different numbers to get someone to show up the owner should look into hireing new employees because the ones he has have a bad work ethic.
I would not recommend this facility. They were not prompt in picking us up. We waited over 30 minutes for them and finally had to call a cab to take us to the parking garage. Shuttles from other garages passed by every few minutes. I would try one of those next time - this was terrible.
This was the worst shuttle experience I ve had in flying out of LAX. From the time I called, it took an hour and then when van did get there, they took the first people to hit the van...and we had to wait for another van..another 30 minutes. Apparently not enough vans to use on a busy night. Yea, it s cheap, but be prepared to stand under that red sign for a while..I, for one, will not be using their services ever again!
