Good site. The one thing that made me frown was that I think you should let people know earlier in the process that the online gift certificate can t be used for 7 days. It could get really embarrassing if I give this gift to a person and they try to use it right away. I m guessing they ll receive a message saying its not valid which looks like the giver is didn t actually put money on it.

Great site. however, in trying to order this gift card, after entering all my info, i got a message back that there were technical difficulties at your end. i then started all over. i only ordered this $250 card b/c of the $75 gift card special. however, as of this thank you page, i did not see a place to enter the promotion code before getting to this thank you page w/my order #. please ensure that the $75 gift card also gets emailed to me asap. i will also call your office to let them know. thank you
I have some problems trying to book through your site. Sometimes the computer does not seem to cooperate.... I appreciate your special offers on gift cards though. The site also works well for connected with B B websites.
Website is pretty good. the one piece of information i could not find is whether or not I can use the free $75 gift card at the same place and at the same time as i use the $250 gift card i purchased.
We had a great deal of difficulty because the site would not accept our home address. Even speaking with a supervisor we were told there was nothing that could be done about it, even after we gave you a different credit card. We are waiting for a return call; the supervisor said she would call Tech Support but this happened only after 3 phone calls, several efforts on the Web site and no satisfaction. I finally tried again and the site accepted my card. This has been/is being a very unpleasant situation. More sensitivity to your customers problems - which in fact are caused by your system - would be very helpful.
