Travel nursing does not require anything further tom cruise war of the worlds than your RN license and a couple years of experience. That being said, if you did have your BSN you do stand a better tom cruise war of the worlds chance of obtaining tom cruise war of the worlds the position and pay you want.  Education never hurts, the more the better, especially when it comes to healthcare.  Not to mention many facilities nationwide are working to become Magnet Facilities which require their permanent staff to have their BSN.  Another benefit of having your BSN or higher degree would be if you were interested in pursuing a management position later on in your career.
Nurses I think would agree that being a nurse can be tough on your body and having that higher degree can put you in a more comfortable position later on.  It s really all about thinking ahead and finding out what you want to do with your nursing career.
