Caesars Entertainment is stepping up their game in Las Vegas in a big way.  From new hotels, restaurants and entertainment offerings, things are changing for the better. And, for the first time in what seems like an eternity, Caesars is redeveloping its footprint on the Las Vegas strip.  As representatives of the brand for over 35 years, we cannot be more excited!

The culinary world has changed dramatically in the last decade.  With the popularity of the Food Network and culinary themed TV shows, chefs have become massive celebrities.  This newfound fame has allowed them to expand their brand like never before.  In many ways, Las Vegas has been ground zero for this expansion with chefs from around the world opening new restaurants inspired by their existing offerings in more traditional culinary hot spots like New York City and Paris.  Caesars was slow to join this trend cautiously opening Mesa Grill in partnership with uber-chef celebrity Bobby Flay.  A few years later, Caesars and Michelin Star Chef Guy Savoy joined forces to open Restaurant Guy Savoy – a French culinary experience unlike car rental faro airport anything you've tasted.
