The second bedroom has two twin beds with new bed frame and slider feet. The deck has a new carpet.
Ocean Forest Villas is centrally located to shopping outlets, golf courses, family entertainment , sport bars and excellent restaurants and live theater. Most are within 15 minutes. On site are 2 sun decks, 2 swimming beachfront hotels in cocoa beach pools, 2 hot tubs and an out door grill.
15 minutes or less to MB Convention Center, Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Legends in Concert, House of Blues, Bare Foot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, MB International Airport, etc. And 100s restaruants and golf courses.

We had a great time. The condo was just steps away from the beach, pool and hot tubs. A really sweet older lady lives a cross the hall. I just cant menton everything it was so wonderful.
This condo is awesome! We are a big family of 5, but it never felt cramped. The condo has everything you need and more, including a fully stocked kitchen. The beds are comfy and the showers beachfront hotels in cocoa beach nice and warm. The beach is super close, and the property well maintained. The owner is really easy to work with too. The only complained I have is that the week was too short:( We will definitively be back!!!
I loved everything about it. The area was quiet, the condo was clean and comfortable,and also the pool was great. The location is perfect, since everything is so close. I recommend it without hesitation
We found the place nice and convenient. It was perfect for our family beachfront hotels in cocoa beach of 4. The place was quiet and the hot tub was nice. We had great weather that week that helped too. The condo building itself needed some work that was evident but the unit we stayed in was in overall good condition. All together a good/relaxing experience.
condo was very clean upon arrival. received an e-mail from owner that the master bedroom shower had a leak in it but would be repaired on Monday, which it was. Wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our two week stay and will look in to a full month for 2013.
My two sisters and I spent the week and had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and very comfortable. The grounds were well maintained and the pool and hot tub were sparkling. We could watch the ocean from the "balcony" (ground beachfront hotels in cocoa beach floor) and walk to the beach within minutes (didn't even need shoes)! We rented movies a couple of nights and went to the outlet mall, aquasino (casino boat), dueling piano bar, comedy club, Broadway on the Beach, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation, and the price was the best in town!!!
We LOVED this condo so much. Very clean, close to the ocean, everything we could have imagined. We did not want to leave Ocean Forest Condos. The beach was amazing, shelling was fantastic! We will book this condo again next year!
Condo was amazing and clean. You couldn't ask for a better location closer to the beach (unless you are on the beach). Beach area is private and not crowded like other areas of Myrtle & North Myrtle Beach . Great pool and hot tub. Plenty of room and the stay was just like being at home. Amazing area and enough privacy to make you comfortable. Nice staff and great owner. Have recommended and will stay again in the future.
The location was wonderful. Maximum time to any attraction, shop or food was 15 minutes. The beach was a 5 minute walk across a non-busy 2 lane road and the pool was only 2 minutes away. The condo was clean and being on the ground level was a plus. It was plenty big enough beachfront hotels in cocoa beach for the two of us and the bed was sooooo comfortable. (I'd like to go again just to sleep in the bed.) It is a non-smoking unit, which I thought was going to be a problem, beachfront hotels in cocoa beach but it actually worked out just fine. You can smoke anywhere outside the building and the walking trail across the street adds for a little extra exercise. The view of the ocean was limited because of being ground level, but you can see it, and you can certainly hear it, especially at night. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying there again.
We enjoyed our stay very much. This unit, for us, was ideal. Not new but tastefully decorated. Out of the hustle and bustle of "commercial" Myrtle Beach, but everything beachfront hotels in cocoa beach is only a walk or short drive away. This property is a great place for a great value. Its located right on the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. It is just what we expected and just as described. The owner, Mike, was a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommended.
Overall, beachfront hotels in cocoa beach the Mirimar Beach/Sandestin area is comforting. Our stay allowed us to ride bikes, fish, shop, play golf...all within minutes of our living arrangements (and no mosquito bites). Did I mention 'peace & quiet?' Owners were very accommodating.
The picture did justice, what you see is what you get. A beautiful location and the condo was great. Close enough to shops and the hub of Myrtle Beach . We had a wonderful time and would love to return again soon!
Very comfortable accommodations but somewhat outdated in decor. I would have liked to be informed of the road that seperates the condo from the beach. It would be a problem if I had small children going back and forth. There are no restaurants near this property snd the grocery stores are not close either. It would help if the owners put some sort of map of these locations in their units. The cost was reasonable and I would stay here again.

This was a great rental for a family. The location was convenient to many things yet not overcrowded with tourists. The condo was clean and quiet. Only compliant was the laundry facility did not appear to be working and didn't want to lose money and the shower in the master was a low flow. Otherwise all was great and we hope to come back next year!
Great relaxing 2 weeks vacation! Great location - 2 minute walk to the beach, pool on location, ocean view, resturants and entertainment very close, beachfront hotels in cocoa beach able to find free entertainment as well, 10 minutes from airport for family flying down, full accommodation(kitchen) in the condo itself and we were able to prepare our own meals very quiet. Hated to leave. I hope to be able to continue coming down every summer as a family tradition. Thank you for use of your condo and stress free rental transaction.
