Do you think this will cause too much traffic making driving around on the Duck tour miserable. Would you advise waiting and doing it another day? If so, is there one day better than the other? dc duck tour April 19th earth day.

There are many options for this type of sightseeing: Tourmobile, Trolley and the Double-Decker Bus, these being ';step-on, step-off'; types - the Duck Tour does not allow this.
Good points, travel to tibet from australia and yes, that is IRONY!(LOL) I know the duck tour is not an on and off experience. Each of my kids got to pick 1 thing they really want to do and the dc ducks was a must do pick.
