When the cruise begins most of the times you would start with a place where there is a cop on your left also the sea.Then you should go straight ahead take the first left turn don't go too far,just a few yards.Then at your right you would see a small opening to a building near a small pond.Get in there.In there,there would be a way up.Go there, if you see the building there it would be climbable (tilt).Climb on it by going on the edge of the way from which you had entered the top(with a little speed).Then you would be on top of the building.Do somersaults enjoy!!!! The VW New Beetle RSi is a very adept automobile great through the turns and surprisingly powerful on the straights. You'll have to unlock it, but the game allows you to do so early in the proceedings. Use a manual tranny rather than the automatic, and turn the rear-view mirror to On.
