We will never again book with Advantage. One agent was on duty and helping another customer. A half hour later a second salesman finally came on. The salesman told me that my luggage would not fit in the car we had rented and said he had to upgrade us for an additional $8.00 a day but when I looked later at my charge, it was for $11.00 a day. I am currently renting one of your vehicles until Jan. 3rd and so far my experience has been the worst rental experience ever. I was at the Oklahoma City location. It was late 10:30p ~ 11pm. Your information is not very clear when using the online travel portals(travelocity, priceline,etc). It is NOT clear that a standard car = 2 door coupe. My reservation did NOT state that the car was a 2 door coupe. It stated that I had booked a 5passenger 3 piece luggage vehicle, which would be a nissan altima or similar. NO mention that it would be 2 door. MY GRIPE: Why did your staff at the counter argue with me. He made it his business to make sure I knew that I was wrong in booking a standard car. Hello, I wanted to let you know how much of a joke your company is. I booked a car on your website a few months ago I think back in October for a car for January disney cruise panama canal 4th Thur the 13th. After a long flight my wife and I just wanted to get our car and start our vacation but NO we couldn t do that at all. We had walked through the whole airport car rental desks with all of our bags plus a have a very bad back and we kept on walking where all of the company s are and still couldn t find your company. There was a few signs with your company name on it but it didn t tell us where to go at all. So I went up to the Hertz desk because I knew that your company was bought out by Hertz. O by the way YOU COULD HAVE CALLED ME OR EMAILED ME TO TELL ME THAT YOU MOVED OFF THE AIRPORT PROPERTY BECAUSE THEN I WOULD HAVE CANCELED THE CAR. But wait there is more So the guy at Hertz tells us what bus number we had to wait at for this shuttle. We weren, t the only ones either. So this still is not the best part of this cluster you know what of a story. We get to your car company rental place and get off the shuttle bus and the check in line is pretty much coming out of the door. I had to stand in this long line for at least an hour and 30 mins. This is not including the almost 30 mins it took for the guy to check me in and ask me all his stupid questions that I really couldn t understand in the first place because he didn t speak very well English to begin with. SO NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT YOUR COMPANY SCREWED UP OUR FIRST DAY OF OUR VACATION. Well, I guess I ll be the lone good comment on here. I rented from Fort Lauderdale on December 31. The price was fantastic compared to all of the other rental companies. I didn t have to wait a long time (maybe 10 minutes), the car was clean and drove well, and I returned it with no issues (maybe disney cruise panama canal 10 minutes disney cruise panama canal to drop off). All in all, an excellent experience. My ONE issue is that I need a duplicate receipt, and I emailed who customer service told me to email (receipts@ad....) and they never responded. I m going to call the Corporate Office to see if they can take care of this. So, other than that, it was a good experience. They SUCK. they are charging me for rentals I had back in December of 2012. Not only are they taking that money, they have taking my deposit. they are ripping my wife and i off rented a car in cabo san lucas and the car it self was fine the trouble starts when you bring your car back. we have our own ins so i didnt take theres and when we brought the car back the guy went in and got our paperwork and came out to do a walk around went right to the front of the car bent down and said we hit the ground molding on the front of the car.i took pictures of it there was no way we did this dame
