One thing that sticks into my mind is on the internet drop. I was in the middle of completing a business assignment when the internet was lost. I called the desk and they said that the password had changed. Of course, they didn t know what it was. The front desk agent told me that he would finds out immediately and call me back. There was no call so I was out of luck for the evening (luckily the Champions League was on TV.)
The room was fairly clean and the bed was well made and comfortable. I ended up staying on the 21st floor of the hotel which had a nice view of the city. I was originally put on the 4th floor but my room was at the same level as the roof of the next building. best deal on texas travel I didn t feel all that safe so they moved my up (for a fee of course.)
My recommendation: this is the nicer of the two Coast Hotels in Edmonton . The rooms were nice for the price; however, the service could have been a little better (although it was a freak password change that the agent had no control over.)
