Stayed for 14 days in May, 2014 We had an awesome stay in San Diego! We can't wait to go back next summer! The upstairs porch has a great view of the beach ... It was our favorite hang out place. Plenty of room for 6 of us (4 adults + 2 kids), and a very well stocked kitchen. THANK YOU!
Stayed for 5 days in January, 2014 If you have kids and dogs and guests, this is the best place to rent! It's spacious, decorated with a mix of modern, funk with a wooden twist. It's a quiet neighborhood, steps from the beach, volleyball, and the boardwalk. Two parking spaces are great during busy days and the gated front patio area is PERFECT for toddlers and dogs alike! Stay here, you won't be disappointed!
Stayed for 3 days in December, 2013 We all LOVED the place! There were 8 of us staying at the beach house. Two couples and 4 "kids" ranging from 12-28 yrs old. There was PLENTY of room for everyone to have a space and a comfortable place to sleep. The location is PERFECT being 1/2 block from the beach with beach views. Taitiania was great at helping us get everything set up in advance of or stay. Very clean and welcoming. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to San Diego!

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2013 The house was amazing - everything you could need was available. Fantastic layout, several patios with ocean views and a very nice enclosed front yard with BBQ. My family was here for my nephew's military graduation - we were all very comfortable. The house does have a garage and 1 additional online airline tickets parking space, but if you have any guests there is absolutely no parking. There was a leaky faucet which required repair, the plumbers contacted us immediately and replaced the next day. We were fortunate to meet the owner and she was incredibly warm and welcoming. My only complaint was the rude employee who checks on the move outs - there was an ambulance blocking our vehicles online airline tickets for 30 minutes which prevented us from pulling out of garage at 10:00 am - the employee didn't want to hear our story and continued to badger us that we weren't out on time and we should of called and that the house was rented for that afternoon - it was 10:20 a.m. And we had been told by the owner that the house wasn't rented and we didn't have to rush out at 10:00a.m. We would of been out, but as previously stated, an ambulance for the neighbor had blocked the driveway. online airline tickets We loved the house and would rent this same home again.
