The Index which is used by meeting professionals as a barometer of service which is based on the scores provided by meeting planners and is collected via email survey after an event at the hotel.  The survey contains the evaluation of several south american travel routes categories including food beverage, overall experience, overall service, comparison to similar hotels, and brand consistency.
