Called u guys to rent a car for a few days while our family car was being fixed I simply asked to apply for a car to get delivered as it was raining on this day and I have a 4 and 3 year old sons who I couldn t drag out in the freezing cold Your reply was NAH MATE!,and hung up in my face, I called back twice to understand what u ment by nah mate, nah I can t apply nah u dnt deliver.... This is the worst service you will receive jayco travel trailers california anywhere so I would never recommend using this co. The cars are absolute pieces of crap and good luck if you break down they don t have RACV and they won t come to help you. I got left across town with my 7yo on crutches and told I can t do anything, find someone to give you a jump start I text back 3 hours later still broken down and he had gone home. I ve been renting from car west rentals for 2 years now and have found them nothing but friendly and helpful. They have always offered me a seat and a drink if they are busy and ask if I mind waiting until they can tend to me. I like the fact they service their cars and have found they are always clean and very well priced considering most of them are late model cars. In this life you get what you pay for but these guys give that bit more which I like. I m sticking with them. I don t know what these sooks are complaining about.
