FRHI, the operator behind luxury and upper upscale hotel brands Fairmont Hotels Resorts , Swissôtel Hotels the atlantic hotel in fort lauderdale Resorts and Raffles Hotels Resorts , plans to open seven new hotel properties (about 1,300 rooms in total) this year, including two near Sochi, Russia in time for the Winter Olympic Games next month.

It will feature 203 deluxe, contemporary guestrooms and suites, many with sea views, as well as two restaurants.
