So close to the beach and all other amenities. I left with my heels dug into the ground. I hated to leave. Everything you could ever need while on vacation is here. For the second year in a row, we stayed at Mermaid Villa for our family's spring break. Located in the heart of IRB, and just steps away from the beach, the house is fantastic. We love the grounds, the two porches with gulf views, and the first-rate kitchen. Definitely a great place for those who like to cook while on vacation. Five stars all the way!
Our Ladies only beach hopping tour ended at The Mermaid Villa. Could not have planned a better finale to our trip. Everyone had plenty of room to chill out. Location was perfect to the beach. Some of us that needed to get to "facilities" were not inconvienced. We didn't want to be right on the beach with all the foot traffic but could enjoy both worlds. Loved entertaining on the porches. The trolley stops near house. We had a blast riding down to Treasure Island and up to Clearwater. Marvelous resturants were within walking distance (we had an 80+ yr old) when we didn't want to stay in. Daily exercise routines were so effortless it was like cheating. Have already been planning for the next trip there but are just going straight there and taking the kids. The older boys can't wait to try cord boarding , beach chill time and fishing. Wonderful Wonderful place.
The town house we rented was awesome. From the top deck we had a great view of the soundside and gulf side. The location was within walking distance of the beach, several restaurants and bars. I would definitely motivational speakers dallas american airlines center stay there again.
The villa was beautiful, clean and well kept. The views of the bay are magnificent and the house itself is very spacious and the bedrooms are cozy. Other than that, the house was great and the handyman/caretaker BEBE was very helpful and respectful.
