NO SMOKERS, NO PETS, NO CRAZY PARTIES, NO DRUGS. IF you are found with drugs or smoking inside the unit OR in the balcony of the unit, you will instantly be kicked out, with ZERO REFUNDS. NO exceptions to this rule.
UPDATE-As you may know the hotel no longer provides housekeeping services and amenities to suites not booked through the hotel. This includes lowest airline fares bed linens, towels bathrobes, toiletries, coffee, etc. Most of the owners/management co.'s have chosen to significantly downgrade or eliminate these items and contract with third parties for cleaning.
I have chosen to keep the same quality products or higher than those offered by the hotel in all of our suites. I use BLUECHIP housekeeping company that services our suites exclusively. As owners we are very focused on providing immaculate suites to our guests. BLUECHIP is an excellent company and has serviced my clients above and beyond their duties.
Top brand coffee in all of our suites in place of the generic hotel brand. ALSO, I am able to get you into popular night clubs and pool parties without standing in line or paying cover most of the time....EXCEPT BIG HOLIDAYS like NEW YEARS AND LABOR DAY WEEKENDS.
We had our first stay here Oct. 6 - 11 after checking out many other condos and hotels in Vegas we decided to give it a try. You can just hang out at the towers which each have their own pool if you just want to relax without the hotel/casino crowds or you can easily walk to many of the nearby casinos. Another plus is getting to the Las Vegas Monorail with the most southern stop at the MGM taking you to the other casinos down the strip to easily explore what they have to offer. We purchased the 24 hour monorail pass even though we had a rental car just to avoid the traffic and casino parking lowest airline fares congestion.

We have been coming lowest airline fares to LV 2- 4 times a year for about 12 years now. We have stayed in many different lowest airline fares properties. This condo was by far one of the best we have stayed lowest airline fares in. The condo itself is beautiful and just as pictured. The Signature property in very upscale and uncrowded.You have the choice of over 4 pools so you can be where the action lowest airline fares is or choose to use a pool that is more laid back and uncrowded. The free valet parking was a real bonus. We have stayed at other properties where you have to drive around a garage for 10 minutes to find a space. Here you pull up to the front, lowest airline fares hand them your keys and walk right in. When needed they have the car to you within minutes.

We rented this condo for 2 nights and it was great just as described. The condo is very comfortable and up scale with an amazing view of the Strip and Harmon street. It was very easy to check in, and all of the staff are very nice. Do not hesitate if you are looking for a place to rent in the MGM Sinnature!
A wonderful trip from beginning to end! Ray was a great host without even being there! He called lowest airline fares upon check-in to make sure my arrival went smoothly. No hassles with checking out down stairs lowest airline fares upon departure. He was very professional and available through text or phone to answer any questions I had. The suite is just as pictured. It was clean, comfortable,and cozy with amazing strip views. Definitely more than what you pay for without feeling too far from the strip. I will most certainly stay here every Vegas trip from now on!!!
This condo was beautiful! Just next to the MGM, connected through airconditioned walkways. lowest airline fares It was wonderful for us to stay in this quiet condo with no noise at night. Everything was in great condition, luxurious bathrooms, bedroom and kitchen. We were able to have some meals here and save a few $$. The valet service for the car was exceptional. The owner was amazing to deal with, available if we needed anything, lowest airline fares you can trust that this is a ligitimate condo available for rent (there are frauds out there so be careful!). We will definately be renting here again!
