Online game developer Riot Games Inc has inked a 10-year lease for an entire 77k sf office building in West Los Angeles. The building is located at 12312 W. Olympic Blvd, within Kilroy Realty Corp’s Westside Media Center campus.  Riot Games is the developer and publisher of League of Legends, one of the most popular online computer games in the world with over 67 million players per month. map of los angeles in 1910 The firm, recently named one of the 50 Best Small and Medium-Size Companies to Work for by Fortune Magazine, is expected to take occupancy of the building in the fourth quarter of 2014.  Riot Games has been growing rapidly and just last November inked a 15-year lease for the entire, 284k sf Element LA office campus, also located in West Los Angeles, as reported on RENTV at the time. Commencement of that lease is not scheduled until early in the second quarter of 2015.  Situated on just over 12 acres along West Olympic Blvd between Bundy Dr and Centinela Ave, Element LA is a five-building campus along with a five-story parking garage. That property is owned by LA-based Hudson Pacific Properties.
