The room was ok, Needs updating, counters in kitchen laminate was coming off, cupboards were faded. The furniture looked worn. The breakfast area was under renovation so we had to go to the hotel across the street all three days. They did not have
the staff or seating to accomodate 2 hotels worth of guests. If I had known they were going to have us do this I would have went somewhere else. The wait for food was always 30 min in line. The coffee was always out at our hotel. It is supposed to be hot a nd ready 24-7. We went to bar b que, and the propane in the bar b que was out. The bar b que started , we put our food on grill then it died, Took a maintence man 30 min to realize it was out of propane. This was on a saturday, It should always be ready to go. We had to take everything inside because it was 105 out and everything was getting airline tickets online warm. I worked out 2X in the fitness room. The first day the TVs on the treadmill were out. The second day they were out of water all day in the fitness room. I would say as platnium menber I was really disappointed int his hotel and thier service and up keep.
From the moment I arrived the hotel staff were just like family, so helpful it made it feel a home from home. They made a point of remembering my name from day one and throughout my stay treated me with a courtesy I don't get at home in the UK..
First of all, there was a problem with the room and I requested a change. [...]Second We have stayed at other Residence Ins and the breakfast was much better, there was very little varity and it was difficult to take it back to the room which
we always did.Third the exercise room was very small and only had tread mills.Would I go back to that hotel, airline tickets online maybe only because we wer visiting family and it was close to there home.Also as a last item, we had checked out and then I remembered that we had left some food in the rerid and since it was before noon check out time we went back only to find them cleaning the room and the food was discarted.
