I found myself standing next to an English speaking budget car and van rentals tour group whilst waiting for the Astronomical clock to chime in Prague. I also found myself intently listening and absorbing everything he said. I then found out he offered a free guided tour around the old town and Jewish Quarter. Best part about this tour is it is free- you can chose to tip at your own discretion.  But you re going to tip- because you re tour guides are packed with fun facts and interesting stories. budget car and van rentals On my Prague tour I got to see sight that I would probably have missed if I was wondering around on my own such as the Powder Tower, Tyne Church and the Jewish Quarter. For Prague: The free walking tour meets at the Astronomical Clock every day at 10 am rain or shine and lasts for about 2 ½ hours.  There is also another free walking tour about Prague Castle that leaves from the Astronomical Clock at 2 pm daily.
