All, there is some distortion of the facts here, with the paragraph as follows giving some misleading info: " In April, First launched its own survey on fares and discovered that only 35 per cent of customers 2 night cruise to the bahamas about one in three were satisfied with value for money. The survey also showed that 82 per cent of passengers are satisfied with services and 83 per cent satisfied with journey times. Facts as follows, Passenger Focus published its findings into bus satisfaction earlier 2 night cruise to the bahamas this year this is what the percentages in the story refer to. The fare consultation survey which is also referenced in the same paragraph is something separate from this. The results of the fare consultation which closed on 29 June - are being analysed at present, with results expected later this year. And to be clear, the fare consultation 2 night cruise to the bahamas questionnaire did ask people who never use the bus, why that was thus gathering information from both users and non users. These are the potential customers that First should be attracting. The questionnaire was open to everyone, yet First are only publishing statistics from their 'passengers'. Is there some manipulation of the results of the survey? How many people completed the survey? How many of those are existing passengers? How many of the passengers hold a valid driving licence/own a car? How many of the passengers pay full price to travel by bus? How many of the passengers travel regularly, in rush hour? What percentage of people who completed the questionnaire, who are not currently airline tickets las vegas customers, thought First Bus services are value for money? Or are satisfied 2 night cruise to the bahamas with services, or satisfied with journey times? Will First Bus answer 2 night cruise to the bahamas those questions or, as before, do they regard some information as "commercially sensitive"?
