Teams will begin using the new instant replay system during some televised games in Spring Training in order to give teams and umpires a chance to start learning how to use the system in actual games.

To determine whether to challenge a play, personnel in the dugout will be permitted to communicate with a video specialist in the Clubhouse who has access to the same video that is available to Replay Officials. This communication will occur via the dugout phone.
its about time, very happy to see this. But one thing I don t. Why is the neighborhood play at 2bd base not reviewable ? Still trying to understand the logic of that.
