I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all of your hard work! We had such a wonderful time!

We just got back from a 6 day WDW trip and with the free dining offer, decided to upgrade to the Deluxe Plan.  I’ve always wanted to try this plan but could not justify the cost, so this was the perfect time to try it out.  I will say this, we never went hungry!  Wow the food you get on this plan is plentiful and with the resort-refillable mugs, you always american airline flight info had your choice of soft drinks, water, and/or coffee or hot chocolate while at your resort.
The main reason I wanted to try this plan was for the ability to go to Signature Dining and Dinner Shows.  We were able to try the Yachtman’s Steakhouse our first night, the Spirit of Aloha show our third night and with the Fantasmic package our last night,we dined at The Hollywood Brown Derby.  For food quality, the Yachtman’s Steakhouse was the best.  The cheese sampler american airline flight info appetizer was excellent and the filet mignon was superb.  I must admit, I had heard others say that the Spirit of Aloha show was not that great, but we all really enjoyed it. Maybe it was because we were able to share the experience with some good friends of ours from home, but we all thought the show was great and fun.  Hey, they even got my son and husband up there to dance, that was a feat in itself!  The food was ok, my husband loved the ribs and the rest of us enjoyed the grilled chicken.  I must admit, I wish they had the bananas foster from Ohana’s rather than that dreadful volcano dessert.
One place that we all agreed upon as being our new favorite would be the fairly new Italian restaurant in Epcot, Via Napoli.  Our reservation was set for 12:45pm but since we did not eat breakfast that morning and were already at Epcot, we thought we would swing by earlier, around american airline flight info 11am.  They do not open until 11:30 but they were more than willing to accommodate us at that time.  We were the third party they called to be seated.  Think of the movie, american airline flight info Enchanted , and the pizzeria the main characters eat at with the big brick ovens that look like a man with his mouth open wide.  The servers were very attentive, nice and willing to explain any dishes we were unsure of.  The food was excellent and filling.  This is definitely a must do again place for our family and hopefully you will give it a try on your next visit to Epcot.
Would I do the Deluxe Dining Plan again?  Only if it is an upgrade from a free dining plan offer and only if we know we want to experience Signature Dining or Dinner shows again.  Our family had the feeling they were on a food-based trip, instead of fun-filled parks trip at first until we started canceling some of our table services meals and just did counter services or snacks american airline flight info along the way (which some say is not a good use of your money with the Deluxe plan).  With Disney now changing the policy about cancellations, we would have been in a bind about canceling less than 24 hours prior to a reservation sometimes.  Overall, we were glad we tried new places and the refillable mugs are always a hit with our family and it was definitely nice being able to have more than just chicken fingers and burgers all week long.
