We have three condos - a ground floor (110B), a 10th floor (1009B) and a 6th floor (605A). Great Rates! Please call for availability. If you email, indicate which unit you are interested in. (I prefer phone calls!)
605A is an end unit on the sixth floor of the "A" building. Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The guest room in 605A has a queen and a twin bed to comfortably sleep 5. We get a lot of positive comments on our decor and comfortable furnishings.
110B is a Beautifully decorated Ground floor condo in the "B" building with a great sunset view. No elevators to slow you down. Cars can be unloaded steps from your car, no need for carts! Step off the large patio into the tropical pool area. Leather sectional with two power recliners.
1009B has a gorgeous sunset view of the Gulf. It is spacious with a new sectional with a chaise and a recliner to relax on. The guest room has two full size beds to sleep 6 comfortably. This unit has many updates including furniture, linens, appliances, dishes and flatware.
The Master Bedroom reviews of carnival cruises suites have a king size bed with luxurious 600 TC sheets, a 32" Flat Screen TV with cable, and a private bath room. Lay on the bed and enjoy the relaxing sound of the Gulf in the mornings!
Beautiful views and our complex, Summerhouse, has gorgeous grounds and great amenities; tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard and Free Wireless Internet. Everything for the ideal beach vacation. Equipment for these activities are provided at the desk in the lobby. The lobby also has video arcade games, reviews of carnival cruises three pool tables, plus tables, couches and a large screen TV where you can relax and visit with friends and / or family.
We have two pools in a beautiful tropical setting with a great view of the Gulf; enjoy our kiddie reviews of carnival cruises pool, hot tub and large beachfront Gazebo with picnic tables and seating. A great place to picnic and socialize if you need a break from the sun!
Guest bedrooms can sleep 3-4 in beds. Call to get the specific bed configurations. All beds have new mattresses and high thread count sheets for luxury and comfort. The guest bedrooms have direct access to the second bath room as well.
We provide all your linens, dishes and cookware, and liquid handsoap at each sink. A stackable washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. All you need are food, beach towels and sunscreen!
We do not allow pets or smoking in our condo. We do not rent to single adults under 25. A parent must stay in the unit the entire visit. I prefer to speak with guests prior to making a final reservation.
We are located reviews of carnival cruises on Thomas Drive, halfway to St Andrews State Park. We are close to restaurants, miniature golf, go carts, fishing, boating and more. Super Walmart and several grocery stores are within 2 miles of our complex. You can rent beach chairs or jet skies, or arrange for banana boat or parasailing rides on the beach in front of Summerhouse.

We were needing a last minute get-a-way for our family before our son left for his first year in college. We started inquiring on a beachfront vacation spot and Debby sent us information about her vacation rentals at Panama City Beach. Within a few hours we had a destination! The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. "My husband and I were out enjoying the water and we got to visiting with a nice couple that gave us some great recommendations for food and entertainment...and after a brief visit realized that it was Debby and her husband! We have been to PCB over 15 times and even with T/S Debbie I can't remember reviews of carnival cruises a better stay. We started going with our kids now it's our grandkids. This was our 1st time staying on the ground floor and it sure had its plus's. one of our grandkids she is 8 and lives in the pool, every time we needed somthing from the room we could leave her at the pool while we went to the room something we would never do if we had to go upstairs. I'm glad Tropical Storm Debby didn't ruin your trip! We enjoy the convenience of the ground floor condo as well. Much easier to leave sandy items on the patio! reviews of carnival cruises The month we visited Florida we stayed in this beautiful condo which had everything we could want to enjoy and experience a relaxing time. It was everything Debby said it was and more. Summerhouse grounds were so nice and people there were so nice. Bottom floor walk right out to pool area and always enjoyed the gulf from our patio with highlights reviews of carnival cruises of dolphins, beautiful sunsets and the emerald waters. Just a wonderful experience and we will return when we can. Never had to call maintenance for anything, had shopping close by for all our needs. Parking in the resort was plentiful and security all hours of the night. So much to see and do could have spent another month there!!! Debby called soon after we arrived to check on us and called us to make sure of our safe return to Missouri. A: Many things! We update and maintain our condo to be well equipped and comfortable. Our complex is well maintained and family friendly. We are in a low density area so you can always get a spot on the beach, by the water. All our parking and amenities are on-site; no having to walk across the street.
