My Partner and I are organizing a Professional Tour in the NYC metro area. Our first tournament will be a media day tournament. This event is an introductory tournament for players to experience the NPGT at a low entry fee. With a full field of 60 players, the purse will be a minimum $5,000 with a 1st place payout of $1,500. The event is open to Amateurs with a valid USGA Handicap of 6 or less. Amateurs will be paid with Gift Certificates not to exceed $750 (in accordance to USGA rules) Registration is $115, which includes carts, green fees and lunch. $50 of the registration fee will be applied to the Prize Pool There will be an optional $50 skins pool (more like a birdie pool) The schedule is as follows: Tuesday August 31, 2010 at Marine Park in Brooklyn NY 11:30 Lunch to be followed by Golf To register please go to: WWW.National ProTour.com Simply click on the Marine Park NY Event.
