I have used them twice and can't complain. Always alot cheaper than the others. Check in line can be slow and they really push hard for upgrades. The one time I actually got angry and told the girl to stop with the upsell. She was pushing so hard. Turns out they had no economy cars in stock and we ended up with a SUV for the econo price. travel center She didn't even tell us. Found out in the parking lot when the truck was in the parking space. Haha.
