Answer by joe m Your approach depends on what exactly you are trying to accomplish. Do you just want the hotels to recommend your service to potential customers, or do you want to create a more substantial, long term relationship with the hotels (which could mean more business for you)?

You will also have to provide them details on your company and how the hotel will benefit from your partnership. I m not sure how far you would get with this because you re providing a service to their customers and not directly to the hotel per se, and you won t have much wiggle room in this sense.
