Make sure to book all hotel stays where properties are going up a category by March 8th. This is a shame, especially with the devaluation of points 2 years ago. Make sure to look at the lengthy list to book prior to the changes taking place. Also you are planning to use any of your free night cat 1-4 certificates from the megabonus promotion and free night cat 1-5 certificates from the Visa credit card for hotels that are going up a category, make sure to book those reservations now as well. I am mostly disappointed by the JW Marriott Phuket hotel moving from a category 5 to 6 as I am planning on staying there next winter; better make some temporary reservations now!
