Brooker Creek Park and a county riviera hotel and casino library are only 5 minutes away. A canoe is available for your use but you are welcome to bring your own boat and use our boat slip.

About the owner: I grew up in Tampa but my father built this lake place right next door to his best friend who had recently purchased the house next door. We would come out and spend the entire summer here. We still love it and are happy to be able to share it with others. The city of Tampa is only 30 minutes riviera hotel and casino away!
Why the Owner Chose Tampa: The lake view is simply gorgeous and relaxing. It is an ideal lake for swimming, fishing, boating and skiing. It is on a 443 acre spring-fed lake. The kitchen has been recently renovated with all new appliances and granite counters. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and a view of the lake. The middle riviera hotel and casino bedroom has a full bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second two bedrooms share a hall bath with a tub + shower. The washer and dryer are located in a large outside utility room.
