• A mid-November construction start is scheduled for the Hyatt House hotel at the former Don Allen Auto City site, at 5315 Baum Blvd., Bloomfield. Continental Building Systems will build the five-story, 105,000-square-foot structure containing 128 guest rooms, being developed by Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. of Raleigh, N.C., whose partners are Keith McGraw of Sewickley and Mark Laporte of Raleigh.
