By the way, if you're seriously considering renting from Economy, you might want to read this. I'm never too sure about second hand reviews, but these are kind of frightening and sound too REAL to be fake.
Check the rates at Thrifty.com , now owned by Hertz. On the website, car rental phoenix "city special" rates pop up that are lower than what kayak or expedia etc will pull up. Once in a while quite a bit lower, like half.
