They took care of our luggage, informed us the fun things to do, gave us tips of when to do things, everybody was just super friendly! We were upgraded to the Emerald Junior Suites just for the asking!

For the adults there were so many activities it could be a bit overwhelming but Raul was able to help us plan our every move. The drinks were a bit weak at first but after getting to know our bartender Adrianna she really hilton garden inn seaworld took care of us.
The city's night life is just a few minutes away by taxi. There are a lot of great restaurants in town if you want to venture out but we mostly stayed on property because there was so much to do there. The sand on the beach was soft and had virtually no rocks and the water was to die for. They had a great spa but we were so busy we did not have time to enjoy it.
Overall this is a large resort but the staff was able to keep things very clean. I would recommend this place for couples or small groups. The inclusive packages are great for the price you pay. I hope to return to the Gran Caribe Resort & Spa in the near future. You should include it in your list of vacation ideas.
