Southern cities...Charlotte and the right spots in Atlanta and Dallas are cheap, awesome bar scenes,

Being in New York means paying exorbitantly grand canyon air tour for what can somehow legally be called an apartment. This rent-stabilized unit in Greenwich Village is actually a decent deal for the neighborhood, grand canyon air tour and units this cheap are usually far away from the center of action in Manhattan.
It might not be as exciting as New York or Los Angeles, but Iowa City s land prices put this multi-family home in your price range. Plus, if you re into college football or basketball, Iowa City is the home of the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. Since land prices here are considerably cheaper than major coastal cities, you can get full homes for $1,500 in rent instead of tiny apartments.
How about this article straight up blowing up my spot?  Ever since I started working here at Barstool I ve tried to keep this a secret but then the guys at Mashable go and let the secret right out of the box.  What secret is that?  The secret that living in Iowa is a million grand canyon air tour times better than living in New York or Los Angeles or any of the other big cities.  And I m not saying it s better because I grew up here and have an extreme bias because I legitimately love it here.  It s an actual fact that it s better here.  People think they re making fun of me and where I live when they say things like Iowa?  You guys just have corn, right?  I sit back and laugh at comments like that and love them.  Please keep thinking that s all we have.  Please.  Anything that keeps you from packing up your shit and moving here, keep thinking those thoughts.  We don t want you here.  The thing people who aren t from Iowa don t understand is just how cheap it is to live here.  It s SUPER cheap.  Like it s borderline criminal grand canyon air tour how cheap it is to live here.  Just look at those pictures above.  You can buy a whole fucking house in Iowa for the price of what it costs to basically live like a homeless person in New York.  You can quite literally live like a King in Iowa for $1,500 a month.  You can have a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, multiple rooms and an actual yard.  For $1,500 in New York you get packed in like a sardine, live like a peasant and are miserable.  But hey, you re living in New York!  Fun!
It s not just the rent either.  It s everything.  I can go to a bar, get snot slinging drunk for $30 and take a $10 cab ride home.  Done and done.  Go head.  Tell me big city bars are better, tell me there s more going on, tell me the atmosphere is better.  All lies people use to justify paying out the ass for a beer while Iowans pay half that and have more fun.  Bars are bars and beaches are the most overrated thing in the world.  Spend a weekend in Iowa City and you ll have a fucking blast.  The beer is just as cold, the girls are just as hot and your bank account will look awesome in the morning.
Alright, we don t have pro sports teams and that sucks.  You ll never believe this though.  We root for pro teams and pack bars on Sundays just like the rest of the country.  We do have college sports and that helps too.
PS- No better feeling for an Iowan than when somebody from around here moves to a big city because They want to live in a big city and they get a huge dose of reality.  That reality grand canyon air tour being there s no place like home.
Southern cities...Charlotte and the right spots in Atlanta and Dallas are cheap, awesome bar scenes, multiple pro sports teams, everyone has a college team they're nuts about even though it may not be in that city, and if you say the girls in those 3 cities are not as hot as the girls in New York then you've never been to any of those 3 cities.
pea tear griffin, agreed. The area around raleigh especially with the college scene and business firms is mint. No winters, golf, football, grand canyon air tour southern chicks, and you can live like a king for $700 a month with your buddies. And even if you have a solid salary in NY and Boston you're still getting absolutely railed, and no one likes being railed
Wrong on both. Not raggin on Iowa but tons of cities around the country grand canyon air tour offer more than NYC for the price of what you get in Iowa City. Sports, women, accessibility, cleanliness, the ability to own or not own a car.. I'm glad NYC exists to suck all the delusional shitheads out of where the real shit goes down.
I went to grad school in Iowa for three months. Every professor in my "program" was gay, so I had to drop out.Iowa is the most miserable place I've ever been in my life. On a nice sunny day they'd grand canyon air tour say that the temperature was 25 degrees below zero like it was normal or something. With 60 mile an hour gusts all your body heat would be lost in 15 seconds even if you were dressed for Antarctica. I had to rent a garage space or my car wouldn't start in the morning.
