Our family had a very enjoyable stay. The house was comfortable for all 12 of us. The kids (and adults ) enjoyed the pool and games room. There was only a small plumbing problem that Paul took care of immediately apartment rentals in oahu after notifying him. We would definitely recommend apartment rentals in oahu this property to anyone else.
The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet--a very relaxing atmosphere. I have a taxing career field so I travel/vacation often. My favorite homes to rent are those that feel like home-away-from-home. This rental came close, but not 100 percent. We had to purchase things like paper towels, dish washing detergent, seasoning. A treadmill apartment rentals in oahu or some type of fitness equipment on the premises would have made it an even sweeter deal! Also, I have been allowed early check in with other properties. I don't mind having to pay for this service, but it is hard to find something to do if your flight arrives early and you cannot check into the house (provided that is vacant) until 4:00 p.m. One other thing worth mentioning is this particular property has keypad opposed to physical keys. I thought this was great because you do not have to worry about losing the keys. However, there was no instruction about keypad use included in welcome letter other than key code--we thought door locked automatically which we frantically discovered is not the case. Also, the homes I frequently rent extend good customer service AFTER I rent property (for example they communicate to find out about my stay or if/when apartment rentals in oahu I would like to rent again). While this is not mandatory it is a personal quality that separates some rental apartment rentals in oahu owners from others. Overall, I do not think anyone will be disappointed with this rental home.
