We rented this unit for a three month winter retreat. The locals told us that this was the coldest winter they could remember. With that said it was -50 back home so we were happy with the weather. We had plenty of warm and sunny days spent on the beach.
The walk to the beach is only one block. This unit had several large windows which let in plenty of sunlight each day. The size of the unit was perfect.... plenty of room. The owners Polly and Bob are amazing, quick and friendly with all responses. Easy to work with and helpful in everything you need. Once you make your final payment they send an awesome email out with things to see, nice restaurants to visit and helpful information regarding getting around Destin.

This past year we added WiFi as well as hard wired internet access for gamers. Both beds have had their mattresses recently replaced. The beach across from us has a lifeguard, restrooms and a nice restaurant right on the beach. Traffic is a little less out where we re located. The beach is across a two lane road. Come on down and be our guests! We look forward to it.
