I stayed for a week during Memorial Day Weekend and it was just what my family and I needed to get away from the scene on South Beach. Fresh mangoes everyday made all of us feel as though we were in a tropical paradise. This place is gorgeous inside and out! The next time I come to Miami, I won't look any further than Grace on the Water! My stay was more than I expected and mire than I could have ever imagined!!!!! LOVED IT!!!!!
You thought that we (anybody who makes inquiries who might find your unit interesting enough to worth the booking) wasted your time, then you are also wasting our time for not putting that warning there!
All i want to say is that we had 2 very nice months in Marians Home which is located on a secured Isle in Miami Beach, 3 minutes by car from the ocean. The house was clean and fully equipped, friendly furnished and had a beautiful tropical backyard.
The place was beautiful and totally fit our needs as a family of 6 (3 couples). The back patio was great with the boardwalk next to the river. Very relaxing atmosphere off the busy street. The 2nd bathroom tub didn't drain but the owner took care of it right away when I called her. Overall, I would stay there again. Very nice renters and great experience.
We stayed here for one week (4 adults, hotel nikko san francisco one child) and it was perfect! The location is incredible and we walked to many places. Close to beaches and other activities. It was lovely to sit in the backyard on the canal and bird watch. The owners are lovely and were very helpful to us. I recommend this house for anyone looking to get away yet be close to lots of activities.
It was an awesome house to our surprise.It is a pretty big spacious house and has a lovely backyard which attracts us much.This house made our trip a memorable one,if we plan a trip to miami in future we would definetly prefer this house.
