Credit Cards are required at time of booking to reserve seating for Moose Mountain Tours. If credit card information is not available, cheque, cash, money order or interact payment is required no later than 3 (three) business days prior to departure for day trips OR 10 (ten) business days prior for overnight trips.
Cancellation for day trips is no later than 3 (three) business days prior to departure. Cancellation for overnight trips is no later than 10 (ten) business days prior to departure. If cancellation is made after the allotted cancellation period the passenger cheap last minute air travel will be held responsible for payment of trip reserved.
Bookings will not be accepted for day trips on the day before departure. Bookings will not be accepted for overnight trips up to 3 (three) business days prior to departure. If you book your tour after the final payment deadline, the total amount will be due immediately.

All arrangements and matters connected with these tours are subject to change without notice. In the event of cancellation of a tour, responsibility is limited to full refund or the monies paid to Moose Mountain Tours.
