Now plenty of aviation nerds build such things (with fewer monitors) but it would be just the thing if you wanted to practice hijacking your own aircraft without raising suspicions. Quite apart from aircraft included with FS9 or FSX, there are add-ons available which are 100% simulations of specific aircraft (eg requiring full cockpit start-up sequences) and a company called PMDG does a phenomenally detailed one for the 777 which includes california wine tours .pdfs of the real airliner s manuals!
