I guess it comes down to what do you want the finished product to be? Five or so years ago I don't think there were many roadsters being built with PS PB. Now many are, along with ABS, A/C, stereos, etc., but I digress.

I have a 37 Ford street rod with a 351C 4v that I adapted an fox EEC4 setup to. I love the EFI and now I want all the other comfort goodies and cruise control is on the list. I currently have a GM column and the car is wired so thats going to stay. I think my biggest hurdle is figuring out the switches. I'd love to be able to make the Fox cruise control work with my GM cruise lever on the column currently.
You will need a clutch pedal position switch as well (this might be called cheap hotels in daytona florida an engine idle control cheap hotels in daytona florida switch, not sure though). This switch shuts off the cruise when you hit the clutch pedal to prevent your engine from over revving. This was the last part that I wasn't sure I needed until I jumpered it. This cost me $25 and was special ordered from my local dealer. The part number is: F4ZZ-9A837-A.
I'm shooting for an 87-93 Fox body setup. I'm currently running all Fox body EFI stuff as well as the throttle linkage and brackets so it seems like a natural setup. I also like how the Fox setup seems like an after thought so it should be easier cheap hotels in daytona florida to adapt. The completely electronic setup posted from the 99 GT sounds like it might be difficult to get all the parts out of the donor car.
Don't have it and don't really miss it. I never use CC on my daily driver either. I also did a 2500 mile trip over 2 weeks this past summer - never felt the need for it all. Not saying it wouldn't be nice to have it, but I've never wished I had installed it.
