As part of its official reopening, Hotel Brunswick, 151 N. Queen St., has unveiled Masala Grille, an Indian star princess cruise ship food restaurant. The restaurant, star princess cruise ship which opened last week, features authentic Indian food dishes, including vegetarian offerings, chicken tandoori and lamb chop grilled masala.
Masala Grille is in a roughly 180-seat restaurant area off the hotel's lobby that features a bar, lounge area and two dining rooms. Menu items are served à la carte, but eventually a food buffet is planned, star princess cruise ship according to Eddie Bhatt, Hotel Brunswick's managing director.
